Came to the soft opening. Loved it. Got buckwheat, Tempe, and cauliflower in my bowl. Topped with pickled beets. Delicious, seasoned to perfection and reasonably priced.

They just opened up so they have a soft open menu-- essentially trying new things and getting feedback from customers. It was pretty nice to be asked what I thought about the food after finishing up. I got the Buckwheat Umani with salmon and poached egg. The main dish comes with vege side selections as well. Each of the sides had a refreshing, original taste. The cauliflower had a hint of coconut and the broccoli a bit of spice-- transforming common dishes with the same nutrient value but revamping the taste. The poached egg worked well over the salmon too. The portions were very generous but that could be because it's still the soft opening (ends in 2 weeks). In general, I'm someone that needs a big portion but hates grabbing unhealthy food so this was a nice surprise.

They recently opened so all they had was a soft opening menu. Stepping inside, I was greeted with an insanely good smell. It wasn't busy which is surprising given the fact that it's midtown during lunch (~1PM) The workers were super nice and accommodating; answering all of my questions about the food. They actually use sesame oil to cook with which is supposed to be really yummy and healthy. It's super cool! They're gluten free and organic and kosher! The food prtion size was great and the food was definitely flavorful. You can taste that it's more on the healthy side. Overall a great meal with a lot of flavor. I especially liked the curry cauliflower. I can't wait until their full menu is unveiled :)
